Jeremy Drake, MD, is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon with advanced fellowship training in robotic surgery for colon and rectal cancer. Dr. Drake received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham and completed his residency in general surgery at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile. He is particularly interested in the screening and treatment of colon and rectal cancers, pelvic floor disorders and benign anorectal diseases, including best practices for managing hemorrhoids and fistulas. In addition to being an award-winning physician, Dr. Drake is a former Division I student-athlete and Academic All-American.

Dr. Aguilar is honored to serve the women of Celebration and Kissimmee. She is fluent in English and is a native Spanish speaker. Daniel Hoffman, MD, is a board-certified urologist with fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. A native Puerto Rican with fluency in English and Spanish, he completed consecutive residencies in general surgery and urology at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. He then completed his elite fellowship training at New York University Langone Medical Center in New York. His clinical interests include the physiologic assessment of voiding dysfunction through urodynamic testing, and he is a published expert in the management of complex urinary tract fistulae, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder and pelvic floor reconstruction.

Prior to that time, he was chief resident in general surgery at AdventHealth Orlando, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society. He earned his medical degree at the University of Massachusetts (UM) Medical School in Worcester and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in microbiology from UM Amherst.

Dr. deBeche has dedicated her career to maximizing outcomes while minimizing patient downtime using the revolutionary surgical procedure TAMIS (transanal minimally invasive surgery), and as a daVinci® certified robotic surgeon. With regular participation in specialized medical and surgical conferences addressing pelvic floor pathology and GI tumors, she stays at the forefront of the most advanced technology and innovative techniques. Dr. deBeche is the Director of the Rectal Physiology Lab and a part of AdventHealth Cancer Institute’s Rectal Cancer Program, honored as the third program in the country to be accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer.

Daniel Joseph Galante, DO, FACS, is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon and Assistant Program Director for the Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship program. He specializes in the surgical treatment of both Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and is proficient treating all common anorectal diseases including hemorrhoids, fistulas and perianal abscesses. Dr. Schneider is the only female physician in Volusia County who is double board certified in gynecology and female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. She specializes in urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, prolapse repair, pelvic floor reconstruction and rehabilitation, overactive bladder, Lichen sclerosus and vulvodynia.
