Finding Hope With a Common Condition

We know a heart failure diagnosis comes with a lot of emotions and worry, but your treatment team will be there to ensure your journey to better health is as positive and successful as possible.

The first step is understanding that heart failure is a serious condition affecting more than 900,000 Americans yearly. While there's no cure, early detection and treatment are essential to best manage the symptoms. Many people lead full lives when heart failure is managed well with the right medical treatments and lifestyle changes.

If you've developed advanced heart failure, our physicians may recommend a ventricular assist device (VAD) implant or heart transplant. At AdventHealth, we offer the only heart transplant program in Central Florida. We utilize groundbreaking technology and the most advanced procedures available to give you and your family new hope.
