Dr. Kachooei is an orthopedic hand and wrist surgeon who specializes in all conditions of the hand, wrist and elbow. He completed medical school and orthopedic residency at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Iran. He spent over two years as a Research Fellow in Hand and Elbow Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Kachooei completed a clinical PhD in Elbow Surgery, a Clinical Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery, and a Clinical Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship. His research led to nine patents, more than 90 peer-reviewed articles and many international presentations. He has been Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Archives of Bone and Joint Surgery for over a decade.
Dr. Kachooei is dedicated to patient care and educating medical students, residents and other trainees. His number one goal is patient satisfaction.
