Guiding Your Journey to Healthy Hips

Your free guide explains what to expect with hip replacement surgery, from pre-surgery education to postoperative care, as you and your joint care team work to regain your mobility.

A Joint Center To Help You Move Forward

We know the decision to have a hip replacement is a big one, but surgery can be an effective solution for a fractured hip (perhaps from a fall) or as a hip arthritis treatment. No matter why you’re seeking surgery, we’ll support you every step of the way. Our Total Dedicated Joint Center is focused entirely on joint replacement surgeries, so you can receive specialized care from experienced, compassionate surgeons with exceptional skill. It’s our goal to help you leave the hospital within three days of your surgery and get back to the activities you love within six to 12 weeks.

Our Joint Center empowers you to get the most out of your care with:

  • A joint care coordinator who partners with you each step of the way
  • An interactive joint camp program led by your joint care coordinator
  • Educational presentations about hip pain and health
  • Group lunches and activities
  • Nurses and therapists who specialize in supporting joint replacement patients
  • Private rooms for comfort and relaxation
  • Your friends and family members as your coaches

We also offer a 10-week wellness program for orthopedic surgery candidates. This referral-based program is designed to help you lose weight, manage disease and feel prepared for your procedure.

  • Answer questions and coordinate hospital care on your behalf
  • Assess and plan for anesthesia, and medical clearance for surgery
  • Be your advocate throughout treatment
  • Coordinate with your discharge planner
  • Guide you through educational joint camp program classes
  • Review your at-home needs for postoperative care
