Stephen Crane, MD, is a board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician. After graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The University of Michigan, Dr. Crane received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. He went on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at MetroHealth Medical Center, A Teaching Center of Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Crane also completed his fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center.

Dr. Rachel Humphrey is a board-certified perinatologist, Director of AdventHealth for Women's Maternal-Fetal Medicine Program and an award-winning physician with AdventHealth Medical Group's high-risk pregnancy team. She specializes in high-risk pregnancies, comprehensive maternity care, genetic screening and counseling, and fetal and maternal testing as well as newborn screening, delivery care, multiple gestation management, prematurity risk evaluation and prevention, and prenatal counseling. Dr. Humphrey has been honored as a 'Top Doctor' by Orlando Magazine. A graduate of the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, she completed her residency training at Orlando Regional Health Care System before fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine at Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Kathryn Berryman is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine and obesity medicine. She joined AdventHealth Medical Group’s high-risk pregnancy team after a distinguished career in the military, where she served as a maternal-fetal medicine physician. She specializes in maternal and fetal medicine, obesity in pregnancy, high-risk and reproductive genetics and prenatal genetic counseling and screening. A proud Jefferson Scholar graduate of the University of Virginia, Dr. Berryman earned her medical degree at the University of Maryland, undertook her residency with the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC), and completed advanced fellowship training at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Ahmed Al-Malt, MD, FACOG, is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology as well as maternal-fetal medicine, and he has over 30 years of experience. After graduating with his medical degree from Alexandria University in Egypt, he went on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at MetroHealth Medical Center, a teaching center of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, among other obstetrics and gynecology residencies at facilities across the world. Then Dr. Al-Malt completed his fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine, also at MetroHealth Medical Center. He is a bilingual provider with proficiency in English and Arabic and a member of many societies, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine Medical Association, and Florida Obstetrics and Gynecology Society. Dr. Al Malt has also served as an assistant professor at St. Louis University, and the Co-Director of the Maternal-Fetal Center at AdventHealth.

Callie Neuman, APRN, is an experienced nurse in multiple areas, including OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinology and women’s emergency medicine. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. She offers comprehensive reproductive care, from pre-pregnancy to postpartum, and can assist with procedures like cesarean sections, tubal ligation and hysterectomies. She has led courses for in vitro fertilization cycles, frozen embryo transplant cycles and reproductive pharmacological interventions.

Tabitha L. Schrufer-Poland, MD, PhD, is an award-winning, board-certified OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine specialist. She specializes in high-risk pregnancies with particular interest in clotting disorders, maternal congenital and acquired cardiac disease, and many more areas. She earned her PhD in Cellular Molecular Physiology from The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, Florida. During her OB/GYN residency and fellowship at the University of Missouri Kansas City, she focused on fetal growth restriction and maternal and fetal heart disease. She has had numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and has given presentations at national meetings.

Dr. Keri Baacke is a board-certified OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine physician with AdventHealth Medical Group’s high-risk pregnancy team in Orlando and Celebration. Before joining AdventHealth, she served as a flight commander and staff perinatologist with the US Air Force in Biloxi, MS, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Dr. Baacke earned her medical degree at the University of South Carolina, where she graduated with honors, and completed her internship and OB/GYN residency at Wright Patterson Air Force Base/Wright State University in Ohio, capping her tenure as Administrative Chief Resident. She went on to complete a prestigious maternal-fetal medicine fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Dr. Mark Wehrum is a board-certified perinatologist at AdventHealth Medical Group's maternal-fetal care specialty practice in Winter Park. He has been in practice for more than 15 years and specializes in high-risk pregnancy care with an emphasis on safeguarding the health of mothers and their babies. Dr. Wehrum is a prolific researcher and award-winning medical educator. He earned his medical degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and undertook his residency training as a military officer at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio before completing advanced fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine at Yale University.
